Hello Mount Olive!

I have lived in Mount Olive with my family for 24 years, 22 of which have been in the Woodfield community. I am running for re-election to serve on the Mount Olive Board of Education in the upcoming elections on November 4th 2025! I am finishing my 3rd year of my 1st term as an elected Mount Olive Board of Education member, and would love to continue to work on the amazing projects we currently have for the future of Mount Olive Township School District (MOTSD).

The students of Mount Olive deserve the best environments, facilities, staff, and programs in order for them to be able to develop to their best potential and abilities. I will continue to work hard to ensure that all students are able to thrive in Mount Olive School District.

Bachelor of Sciences Major in Chemistry and Secondary Education, Masters of Arts in Labor Relations, Juris Doctor in Laws, Dynamics Leadership Certificate from UPenn. Puerto Rico Department of Education Certified Chemistry Teacher, Certified Federal Contract Manager by the National Contract Management Association. Parent Involvement Coordinator at Head Start of Morris County in New Jersey.
I am highly motivated to keep giving back to the School District that has given so much to my family.
Being an educator for 11 years with a family background in education for generations, I feel very strongly as a teacher, mother, grandmother, aunt, and a member of this community to do more. I want to use my talents and skill set for the good and success of our students, parents, and administration.
Throughout the years I have volunteered as a Catechist and Lector at Saint Jude Church, Board Member and Scholarship Chair at Colonials Musketeers Junior Fife and Drum Corps, Mount Olive Robotics Team, FIRST Robotics, Mount Olive Air Force JROTC Booster Club, RANY YMCA Swim Team, Mount Olive Soccer Club, Judge for the NJIT Capstone Showcase, and various officer positions within the National Contract Management Association including President.
I would like to have an open forum for exchange of ideas, concerns, and suggestions that could improve our schools and community. Let’s continue making our Mount Olive School District one of the best in the county, state, and national level.
